Valentine’s Day is a fantastic time to fulfill  your patient’s New Year’s resolutions to look  and feel their best in 2023. Consider showing a little extra love this year with creative specials and giveaways. 

To help, we’ve put together a 4-step list to attract new patients for Valentine’s Day and keep them coming back long after the flowers and chocolate have disappeared .

Steps: 

  1. Run Relevant Promotions and Specials 

    First things first, you need to determine what specials you’d like to run to help your patients get ready for Valentine’s Day. As you put together your list, be sure to keep seasonality in mind. 

    Consider offerings like:

Consider sending a Valentine’s Day themed newsletter via email and make sure to market your specials on your practice’s website, social media channels, and in your office.     To create aesthetically pleasing marketing materials and social posts, create templates on complimentary graphic design websites like Canva. This makes it easy to create professional-looking graphics, print outs, and videos that match your practice’s brand. These templates can also be resized in the click of a button so that you can leverage them across all channels in no time.

    In the weeks leading up to Valentine’s Day, aim to talk about your promotions on social media at least twice a week, with one of those posts being a video. According to Influencer MarketingHub, Instagram Reels receive 22% more engagement than regular Instagram video posts

  3. Ask Patients to Leave a “Love Note”

    Incentive your patients to leave your practice a “Love Note” or review in time for Valentine’s Day. Positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews are crucial for attracting new business and are just as powerful as word-of-mouth referrals. They often serve as the deciding factor for new patients as they compare you to your competitors. 

    Use this season to ask your patients to leave you a review, and encourage them to do so by offering a small discount or product sample in exchange for their effort. Keep in mind that the type of review your patient may leave may differ depending on the service they’ve received. For instance, a patient that has completed one session of CoolSculpting will likely report different results than one that has had multiple. 

  4. Spoil Your Patients with Extra Love

    Consider small things you can do for your patients that will make them feel a little extra love this season. This could include complimentary coffee or small chocolates on Valentine’s Day, running a gift card giveaway, or gifting extra product samples with every facial. Any act of appreciation that makes your patients feel extra special is sure to pay back tenfold for your business in retention and referrals!
